International House London was founded in 1953.

IH London is the first to introduce a formalised teacher training qualification which today is the CELTA course.

Programmes

General English Courses

Min. Level is Elementary

Min. Age 16

Average age 25

Min. Course length: 2 weeks

Every Monday lessons starts.

You will focus on English for reality-life situations using speaking, reading, writing and listening.

You study English; 15, 20 and 25 lessons per week.

Homestay English Immersion Courses

Improving your level of English quickly requires an immersion in the language and culture, and what better way to achieve this than living in your English Teacher’s home.

Whatever your age or learning objectives we have a course suit your needs. ( General or Intensive English, Exam Preparation, Young Learners, Business English)

All course include; the choice of 3 to 6 hours per day, full-board accommodation, two afternoon activities, free wi-fi)

Exam Preparation Courses

You study examination preparation course; IELTS and Cambridge.

Students aged 12 to 17 years old can spend from one to five weeks learning English in England’s historic city of Oxford.
