APPLICATION for Bachelor's Degrees
To apply for BACHELOR'S program, the applicant has to fill out the application form in our online application system and upload the following documents into the online system:
1. Copy of the secondary school graduation certificate (Lise Diplomasi or Anadolu Lisesi Diplomasi ), both in the original language and in English. If the final documents are not yet available, please upload the latest transcripts
2. Copy of the academic transcripts of secondary school, both in original language and in English
3. Copy of the exam results issued by ÖSYM, both in original language and in English - Graduates until 2009 (including 2009) have to present ÖSS exam results (Öğrenci Seçme Sınavı), students who graduated after 2009 have to present two exam results YGS (Yükseköğretime Geçiş Sınavı) and LYS (Lisans Yerleştirme Sınavları)
4. Personal statement/ motivation letter (typed into the online system)
5. 1 passport size photo
6. Copy of TOEFL/IELTS/PTE Academic/Cambridge English test score report.
- Required TOEFL score 70 iBT (Tallinn University of Technology TOEFL code is 8665);
- IELTS score: 5,5 and above with 5.5 or above in each element
- FCE (First Certificate in English): C;
- CAE/CPE (CAE=Cambridge Certificate of Advanced English/CPE=Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency in English): C;
- Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE A) total score: 46 and above
- If you have taken TUT English Language Test, simply mark accordingly in your online application
7. Copy of the receipt of the payment of application fee for 100 EUR
ONLINE APPLICATION DEADLINE: 1 May!
Preliminary evaluation after submitting the online application together with the scanned-in documents will be provided to the applicant within 5 working days. Only candidates who have received positive feedback in online are asked to send in the documents by post. Individual notifications will be sent to each applicant via online application system.
Admission results will be announced online on latest 1st of June.
APPLICATION for Master's Degrees
To apply for the MASTER'S program, the applicant has to fill out the application form in our online application system and upload the following documents into the online system:

2. Copy of the transcript or diploma supplement, both in original language and in English

RESIDENCE PERMIT
After being accepted at TUT, Turkish applicants can apply for Visa and Temporary Residence permit for studies at the Estonian Embassy in Ankara.
